Serbia can be entered from any country it shares borders with, except for the disputed region of Kosovo where border crossing points are not recognised – aside from this it is advised that the region is avoided anyway. An International Driving Permit is required, as is Green Card insurance and local third-party insurance, the latter is available on border crossing points.
